The CANTO Chairman Julian Wilkins visited Mr. Melford Nicholas, Minister of Information, Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Information Technology for Antigua and Barbuda. Mr Daryl Jackson, Regulator, was also present.

He went on to say that “this was a significant and historical development particularly as so many Operators in the region were in agreement with the Code of Practice.”
